Camp Forms

Dates for 2017:
Week One: July 23-29, 2017
Week Two: August 6-12, 2017

Registration for both camps is now OPEN! The July 2017 week only has 5 spaces left. Please email or ring Noelle to reserve a spot.

Forms are available for download online. Once registration closes, cabin assignments are posted online. Some of these forms below will not be available until mid-February when the Registration process is well underway.

Mandatory Health Forms

NEW this YEAR! Download BOTH of these forms and BRING THEM WITH YOU on the DAY OF CHECK-IN. Please DO NOT send Noelle the Health Forms. Students that are attending both weeks of camp only need to fill out these forms once and bring to the first week.

Special Dietary Needs Forms

If your camper has food allergies, sensitivies or dietary restrictions, please fill out this form at least ONE MONTH prior to check-in. This form is necessary so that we can have a menu available for your camper that suits their diet. If we do not receive this information then we can not make a specialized menu available for your camper!

Class Choices / Class Registration

Class choices will be available to register online by May 15th, we are currently working on the class list for 2017. If you are a new camper, you will need to talk with Noelle first so she can get an idea of what instrument(s) you play, your level and what genre you would like to particpate in.

Map and Directions to the Campground

Here are some directions from Route 93:
So if you are coming from 93. Get off at Exit 23. Take a right off the exit onto Route 104. Follow all the way until you get to a set of lights the junction of Route 3. Take a left onto Route 3 going down the hill into Meredith. At the lights in Meredith (shop and Inns on left/Lago Restaurant and Lake Winni on right) take a right onto Route 25. You'll pass through Center Harbor, then into Moultonborough. At the lights where there is an Aubuchon on your left and Murphy's Mobil on your right, take a right onto Moultonborough Neck Road. Go down there for a wicked long time, past Jo-Jo's Country store. The road will sort of fork and you want to bear left onto Geneva Point Road (you know you missed that turn if you pass by Trexler's Marina and go over a bridge and onto Long Island). After about 600 feet you'll see the sign for Geneva Point Center on the left, turn left down there. Drive down there a little bit and then turn right into the main parking lot. The Chapel Building is the large white building that looks like, well a Chapel.
